you take a cloth and run it under very warm water apply to the eye it's the moist heat that helps pull the infection out just got over one old Grandma advice.  I'm not sure what oil you'd use that close to your eye either.  Hope this helps

Does anyone know how to handle a sty?  It is right on the eye, so I'm
not sure which oils to use that won't be uncomfortable that close to
the eye?  Any thoughts?
