Re: [Everything doTERRA] how to increase breast milk

The biggest is supply and demand.  Spend as much time for a couple days breastfeeding or even snuggling with a bare chest for you and only a diaper for baby.  It usually takes a couple days for your supply to go up.  The most common remedy suggested is Fenugreek.  Anise and Fennel are also excellent.  Are there oils, herbs, or medication you are currently taking?  Some of these can interfere with milk production.  Hope that helps!

Have a fantastic day!

anyone have any good suggestions on what I can do to get a better milk
supply?
