Slim & Sassy blend, I felt like something was off with my hormones and
I was gaining weight rapidly the first two months of my pregnancy. (20
lbs) Once I started taking the Slim & Sassy in my water I felt like my
body began to stabilize and I began to gain the weight at a more
normal and steady rate for someone with a normal pregnancy. I noticed
that my cravings were reduced and my desire to eat healthier foods
increased. I craved more water as well. Slim & Sassy helps me be
content with staying on my gluten-free diet. It calms my nerves. In
addition to helping reduce the cravings, I find that I'm calmer with
the kids (all 5 of them). I use to put it in capsules, and I've added
it to water, but lately I have just been putting a couple drops under
my tongue every couple of hours. I have a bottle in my purse, one by
my computer, and one in my bedroom. I LOVE slim n sassy!
Hope this helps!
