I would love to hear your experiences with oil pulling. I have a hard time keeping it up for more than 10 minutes tops because the muscles in my mouth get fatigued.

I agree with a lot of the comments. We do have to be careful and not
write someone off because breathe doesn't work for them and then go
off our merry way saying they don't want to get better. Maybe they
don't or the oil didn't work for them. With asthma you really have to
look at the root problem. We are a family of 5 and we all have asthma/
allergies and all different symptoms and triggers. Some of us cough,
wheeze, sneeze, clear runny nose, etc but none of us are the same. As
amother that grew up w asthma it took me forever to realize that my 3
boys and husband (just diagnosed a few years ago) nd myself all have
different cases of asthma. I can smell any anti inflammatory oil and
my lungs open up. When I first got the oils I could walk in my
kitchen where they were and my lungs would clear. I haven't used an
inhaler since so a year and a half now. My baby who is 6 has no
reaction to breathe for the most part. His asthma coincdes with his
allergies. So from august to march here in the desert. Discovered gx
assist works. I give him one every couple days and he swishes w lem
lav pepp for 2 min and swallows. Last aug was our first aug here and
he was soo sick. I couldn't figure out why breathe wouldn't work. It
had work since april when I first got the oils. In hindsight he only
had a couple flare ups and breathe knocked it right out but august/
allergy season rolled around and breathe couldn't touch it. So I bore
u with all this to say treating asthma can be hard. I just had a lady
the other day tell me she dosnt use her inhaler and just uses breathe
woohoo for her but not for my baby. And he is definitely not one that
wants to own his sickness. Lol. We also oil pull. I can tell you are
eperiences with that if needed. It is amazing especially w the oils.
We do that one to two times a day for 20 minutes.
And brooke u r so right. I know soo many w. Animals that are so sick
w allergies and asthma. I know people love their animals but it
amazes me when people load up on meds and get sinus infections asthma
attacks etc to keep scruffy. U gotta try oil pulling w your son
