Sugar, dairy, grains and soy are all triggers for eczema. Avoid as much as possible. Helichrysum is on oil that would be helpful. Be sure to dilute with fco. And she needs essential fatty acids.

My 17 month old little girl started breaking out in what I believe are
eczema patches about a month ago. I have tried many oils and nothing
seems to be helping. I'm thinking it could be a dairy allergy, but
I'm not sure. Any ideas on what might work? What to use and how
often? It's sad to see that beautiful, soft baby skin turn bumpy,
red, and flaky!
