[Everything doTERRA] Re: Oils & Pregnancy

I recently went to a birthing class at a Birthing Center in Pleasant
Grove. One of the owners, Sherrie Price, taught that the only oil to
avoid during pregnancy was clary sage as this can cause contractions.
Of course, use this if needed during labor to encourage things to
move along. She uses tons of oils all through the process. Before
pregnancy, during 9 months, & during birth. Sherrie gave some
extremely valuable information and if you need more info you could
google birthing center + pleasant grove. That center was AMAZING!!
Too bad my babies are all grown (looking forward to grandbabies in a
few years though). Janet
