I ditto Pat. My friend's husband died in Dec. Her 14 year old daughter has had a hard time sleeping and getting migraines. Have been using the Serenity under the nose and on the back of the neck plus Balance on the feet. If the migraine starts coming on, I have been applying the deep blue on the back of the neck as well. Hugs and kisses are very powerful energy healers!

I would suggest Balance and/or Serenity and a lot of hugs and loves, let them talk about it and maybe that will help them deal with it better.
I would put the oils on the bottom of their feet on the back of their neck and rub your hands on their pillows.
