I would go with melaleuca first, right on the sore. When my kids had it, I did that in the morning and put medical tape on at night. If that isn't working you could try oregano but dilute it. They are in the wart family so depending on the case it can take a month or so, you have to be patient. Some will go away and some with come to a head and need to be popped. There is a corn instead that needs to be popped out.
