have a diffuser, try using the Serenity blend. That one has been very
successful for me & I fall asleep in no time. If you don't have a
diffuser, you can rub Serenity into the bottom of your feet. You can
also put some drops into about 2 oz of water in a mister bottle & mist
your pillow & the sheets that are around you upper body.
