Check to see that emails are not going to your junk or another folder. You are on Justin's team- everyone in doTERRA is. I send out a newsletter and we get lists of team that say they have never received it, and often the emails are just going to a folder they don't check, sometimes even they did not know what it was, had not been expecting it so they I subscribed and latter feel hurt they are not recvieving it. So double check 1 that you aren't getting them from Justin and others and it's in a folder you don't check and 2 ask around on your team to see what emails you should be getting. 😄
