Probiotics can be a huge support for assisting our body to reestablish a heathy immune system. Basil and rosemary are my favs for assisting the body here. Also think rest and digest oils and blends. So serenity, Ylang Ylang, lavender are all brilliant for incuraging rest and oils like DigestIve blend, fennel, basil, are great for digestion. There are also other tricks for pulling ourselves out of fight or flight like looking at detail. A favorite trick of mine and this is not loved by all- 1d basil and 1d peppermint in a water bottle. It does not taste yummy with the 1st sip but then it found my mouth watered for it. Never dark water so fast. I love basil on the adrenals (think hats for the kidneys) and rosemary on the feet. Making a list of things she likes to do and doing one thing to refill her cup each day. That's hard - starting at once per week is easier for me. But simple things like 15 min of reading a book for me, a walk, a jacuzzi bath.
