I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and I have lessened my pain by using a Frankincense behind on the ear in front and in back of the ear, Down the jawline and on neck up to brainstem. Sometimes I add lemongrass and peppermint. ( lemongrass is good for myelin sheath which is the covering of the nerve.) also healthy diet, lots of water, good sleep and reduce stress.
