An easy way to get his MINIMUM amount of water daily is to set an alarm to drink 8 ounces of water every 2 hours from waking to bedtime. He should consider this as important as any other medication or treatment. breaking it up over the course of the day is helpful in a couple of ways. It breaks up the amount into a more comfortable "dose" and spreading the water consumption throughout the day allows the body to utilize the entire 8oz more efficiently. As Pat suggested if he could add one to 2 drops of lemon oil to the drink it would be of even more benefit.

Hi, my dad has been applying frankincense topically to areas where skin cancer was found several times a day as well as consuming it. I don't know how much since he has taken it upon himself to do ingest it. It been a little over a week and now he stinks. His breath, skin and even urine. It's really bad. I remember reading that it could be because the oil is getting rid of the toxins but please help.... How long will this last? Should he slow down the doses? Is it really getting rid or bad stuff and it now releasing it? I'm worried and so is my mom as well as people at his work. Thank you in advance my friendsKim
