My son was going through growth spurts while playing soccer years ago. His coach told us to add a selenium supplement. The thought was that selenium would help the ligaments stretch and grow with the bones. Lemongrass is wonderful for ligaments. Perhaps soaking their feet in a tub of warm water with epsom salts and essential oils before bed would help.

I have a friend who's has several older KIDS and all of them complain about their bones hurting (so much it wakes them up in the middle of the night). They play soccer and have had test run, but nothing shows up. Is there such a thing as bones hurting? And if so, is there a oil for that?Thank you.Melinda
