[Everything doTERRA] Bone spur after tooth extraction

I had 3 teeth extracted about a month ago as part of the procedure to have implants for these teeth.  They are in the front top of my mouth.
I have a bone spur that is up above one of the extracted teeth.  It is trying to come out through the gums.
I am taking liquid magnesium to try to help it reabsorb back into the bone.
Does anyone have any ideas with the oils?  It is poking out a little more today.  It comes up and down kind of like when a baby is teething.
Sometimes they do reabsorb and that is what I'd love to help it do.
Thanks for any ideas!

Janice
