I am relatively new to oils also. I experienced the same issue. It may be you are sensitive to one of the oils (even if they say you can use them without dilution). I did a process of elimination to see which one was breaking me out. It was a very painful, itcy rash and took about 3 weeks to go away. It turned out to be one of my favorites. Vetiver. I started diluting it with fco. I used a 5 ml roller bottle. 5 drops of vetiver and the rest fco. I am now able to use it and have not broke out any more and still get the results I wanted.
