[Everything doTERRA] Re: Essentials of the Earth book

I am sorry you are disappointed or confused. If you will notice on the opening page of EoEbooks.com under the book description in RED, it does clearly state that 5th edition shipments will be shipped around October 22. That is our projected time to have them back from the printer, that is why there is a statement in RED stating the ship date so people would be aware of the time frame.  We have worked feverishly since convention to get the newly introduced oils and blends put into the 5th edition and off to the printer. There is no possible way we could have them printed this fast after convention.  No credit cards are charged until our books are printed. With concern of your credit card, I double checked and it has not been charged. Feel free to call me and I can explain where to find the details on the ship date to clear up confusion. We pride ourselves in customer service and go out of our way to make that a priority, and as a result have many happy and returning customers. Hopefully after understanding that we did make it clear of the ship date on the front page, and perhaps it was an oversight,  you will be satisfied.
