I hope this info helps, Carol. I rarely get bruises, but it's always nice to have something on hand when needed.
A few months ago when I went to donate blood, the vein rolled and the needle poked through the wall. They ended up taking it from the other arm, but they said I'd have a bad bruise on the injured one. They iced it right away, and when I got home I put the blend that I'm looking for on it a couple times that day and maybe the next day. It only had the slightest discoloration the next day, then I forgot about it, because it looked totally normal!

I would consider using Cypress as well and also bumping up your nutrition. LLV, DDR Prime, Mito2Max, etc. but I do think Immortelle would be immensely helpful and pure Helichrysum is likely to get the job done. Also consumption of Frankincense. Great month to stock up on Immortelle with the current promotion. Experiment and post back with your results.
