Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Question concerning Glucose

Guys I am an insulin dependant Type 2 Diabetic  , I have  in a Veggie Cap 5-6 Drops of Coriander- 5-6 Drops of Fennell and 3-5 drops or what ever will fit in the Veggie cap of Cinnamon Bark – I take that Morning and Night -
You will find some people Vary this some use Grapefruit – There is No Right or Wrong – just what works you you
I have now doubt this is helping lower my BSL – for someone like me that has had diabetes for 30 year it is not going to Cure it but As I say it has helped me – Along with LLV and regular Cleanse
Chriss I take it the Doctor did not do or has not done in the Past a Glucose To lance Test that will show if she has Pre- Diabetes, or has Diabetes – She needs to have an HbAic which is a blood test they do every 3 Months it shows your control over that Period
In Australia they Like to Keep it under 7 – You guys Measure if different – Of course the Doctor is right in saying cut back on those things – Walking is also very Important
If you think I can help please email me john-48@live.com.au

Could someone tell me which oil or oils to use and the amount to use to lower your glucose level? My friend went to the Dr and her glucose levels were elevated and she was advised to cut back on sugars; breads, rice, pastas, etc but wanted to check and see what she could add to her diet from the oils to help lower or maintain her glucose levels. Thanks so much; love this list and the oils tremendously!! have a great week and ya'll take care.
