I guess the document has been removed. Is there any way of seeing it, as a friend has bone on bone in one knee and can't have the knee replaced for years yet....too young. Has anyone had success using oils etc to help relieve all the pain? Thank you.

I've had twinges in my knee off and on for years.  I'm very overweight.  But a week ago it started hurting so much worse.  By the end of my shift on my feet I was hobbling.  Yesterday I could not get relief from the pain.  Even laying down hurt.  I couldn't get to sleep for hours.  I had used Deep Blue Rub on it, but it didn't seem to help.  So this morning I went to the ER to see what was going on.  Two weeks ago I had found out I had a broken rib and we have no idea how that happened.  I was worried about a broken bone in my knee.  The doctor did an x-ray and showed me that most of my knee has no cartlige at all.  Please help.  He's referring me to a specialist to discuss knee replacement.  I don't want to do that.  I'd especially like to hear from people who have had this same problem.  Thanks
