[Everything doTERRA] Re: tendonitis or tendonosis?

So sorry! I've just dealt with that over the last month. I was unable/unwilling to put in the time with my chiropractor to wait out the pain. I was reading over the rest of the post and many, many great ideas!

Heat - especially if the injury isn't new (more than 24-48 hours old)
EO's - I personally used Deep Blue neat followed by lemongrass several times a day. The other suggestions sound wonderful.
massageontheego's movement suggestions are spot on! As well as the massage therapy. Don't know what I'd do without my amazing therapist.

I actually ended up going to the orthopedic surgeon. This had gone on for three months without significant improvement. I was losing strength and the pain was making me nauseated.
I got a cortisone injection.
More importantly though, he recommended a lot of the same movement suggestions massageontheego recommended. If I pick anything up with my left hand, I'm to do it palm up, instead of palm down.
Prayers for healing!
Julie
