If you're thinking you may be reacting to environmental allergens I'd suggest Tri-ease gel caps.
-- The Respiratory Blend [Breathe] is wonderful both topically and aromatically - my body responds to it the same way that it responds to Mucinex - for addressing chest congestion. I've also been known to just sit with the bottle of Respiratory Blend under my nose and inhaling when I have nasal congestion.
Since the Peppermint is sold in beadlet form I think you can assume the oil is safe to ingest, just remember it's a hot oil. Many also take 2 drops each of Peppermint Lemon and Lavender w/2 tablespoons of water (in a shot glass) and throw it back when dealing with seasonal allergies.

Does anyone know if breathe and peppermint can be taken orally? I came down with some sinus issues and started taking thieves orally last night. Yesterday I was putting breathe and peppermint on my chest which helped some. I was talking to a friend last night and they suggested taking thieves oil, which I did. I could only do 1 drop under my tongue, should I do more? I'm hoping the sinus issues might be stemming from harvest crop dust and maybe smoke. Thanks in advance.
