I hope that your dad has a measurable decrease in his cholesterol levels but if not, don't give up. I read where Pat said it took 4 months before she saw results and she knew of someone else who stayed with it for 8 months before seeing results. Sometimes it's "slow and steady wins the day."

Thanks everyone. He started the "liquid morphine" in capsules last week and is starting to already feel less pain but he says he also eliminated one of the statin drugs he was on. He is going to talk to his doctor tomorrow about Zetia, which has less side effects. He's not quite ready to give up on the "modern medicine" but it will be interesting to see his cholesterol levels after using the lemongrass for a couple of months. I also started him on DDR prime and he and my mom are both going to use Zendrocrine complex gel caps to clean their liver. On Tue, Mar 17, 2015 at 9:01 PM, Christie Murphy <darth...@gmail.com> wrote:Deep blue can be taken internally?

It got bad enough that his doctor took him off the statins (monitoring of course) to see if it helped. It helped a lot. At his last check up the doctor wanted to put him back on the statins and my husband decided he'd try them again. That is until he went to pick up the prescription - over $400 for a month's supply. That is when he decided to continue with the daily Lemongrass capsule.Side note - I was encouraged when Pat noted on another thread that it took 4 months for her to see results from this protocol and someone else she knew didn't see results for 8 months, because my husband had only been doing the protocol for about three months. My husband has been on NSAIDs (ibuprofin and Meloxicam) for the sore muscles but prolonged usage is hard on the stomach and who knows what else. We started experimenting with essential oil alternatives for battling the pain and what we came up with was before bed he would take 1/2 of an ibuprofin and a capsule containing a few drops of carrier oil (we use fractionated coconut oil) and 5-6 drops of Thyme. It works! We're hoping to get to the point that he can drop the ibuprofin, or at least maybe just including it every other day.The morphine alternative could be overkill, so I'd try to find something else that works for him - give the Thyme a try.

He has constant pain because of the side effect of requiring statins for high cholesterol. Also if I was to mix it for him per the recipe but in a bottle how many drops per dose would I need to tell him to put in the capsule? He is also going to start DDR Prime. Any other suggestions?--
