[Everything doTERRA] Re: Substitute for oregeno in morphine bomb

What about substituting with Thyme essential oil? My husband uses that for his body aches (similar to fibromyalgia). I know that that's nothing compared to what your dad is battling but 6-8 drops of Thyme in a capsule with 2-3 drops of carrier oil have been very effective..

Thank you for the reply. According to Web MD, marjoram can cause bleeding as well so it doesn't look like it's going to be an option. But I'll keep researching as Web MD isn't the end all/be all of information.

I often use the 6-8 drops of each Frankincense/Marjoram instead of Frankincense/Oregano and it works just as well.

My father is battling end  stage lung cancer and is in constant pain. I heard about the morphine bomb so I made him a couple days supply worth to try out. They were working well but his hospice nurse came and said that oregano can cause bleeding and since he coughs up blood every so often, she told him he cannot take them anymore. Is there something we can use instead of the oregeno?
