So I'm pretty sure I know what the answer will be but I just have to ask. I have been combining in a capsule 4 drops Marjoram, 4 drops Basil and 4 drops of Lemon for a while and it's working great to lower my blood pressure.
My question is ......Can I combine them in a bottle and take 12 drops a day?
