gastroparesis means delayed stomach emptying and is not uncommon with diabetics. Try going with a low residue diet for a few weeks, dont worry about weight loss just now. By low residue/low fiber I mean cooked vegetables and don't eat the skins, no nuts, soft cooked fruits such as applesauce, cranberry sauce, very little dairy,low fat. The idea is to eat what you need to keep electrolytes in balance while giving your stomach a rest. Digestzen cut with FCO on abdomen, diffuse calming oils.
