I know you shouldn't mess with your body's natural process BUT I was wondering if anyone knew which oil and how to use to help slow your menstrual cycle or stop it early. I have an important trip planned and just started my period last night. I will be seeing someone very special on Friday and am hoping I can as least slow my cycle, I normally am only 3 days. Please don't judge, just help if you can. I know everybody has been through this before at some point in their life. Thank you in advance!
