Hello. I am new to the group. I'm sure this has probably been discussed. Will go back and read when I have more time. I am over 40 and developed asthma. It was mild at first but since being diagnosed with Sarcoidosis it has gotten worse. I used to walk and work out a bit but now I can barely complete a sentence without being out of breath. Can anyone recommend anything that I can take to either get rid of or help with some type of relief? Help!!!!
