Heather - can you describe what you would do for a filter cleanse?  Normally I see Zendocrine, but you mentioned adding in the PB and Zendocrine.  Very interested in this, I think I need it!!

 

I personally broke out in eczema for months after I got into Doterra, I was using too many oils all day long.  I pulled back a lot on the oils and then started again more slowly and it made all the difference.  We often think more is more and faster is better, but paraphrasing what I've heard on this forum, the oils don't cure anything, they just support out bodies in healing, and that can take longer than we like. 

I'm about 18 months in with Doterra now and I still get rashes from time to time.  I take it as a sign that I'm being impatient and need to slow down, but a good filter cleanse may be called for.
