Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: eczema and clear skin

Sorry typing a response on my phone can create some interesting things.

I was saying if you look in the mirror and you have "gluten cracks" down the center of your tongue then Id recommend trying a gluten free diet for 3-4 weeks. 3 weeks is standard in the industry for elimination but I find that 4th week helps rid of the cravings for whatever we are eliminating. If we are craving something bad for us its been feeding a problem. Gluten cracks are the cracks that people get running down the center of their tongue a particular deep one might imply celiac. They could indicate a good time to go to the doc and get tests run for gluten intolerance. But its a quick indicator you can do in a mirror.

There are some great recipe's on here for eczema topical uses. We have had people have luck with ClearSkin diluted, geranium. Tub scrub- that recipe is on my website under greener cleaners (his eczema had been plaguing him for 14 + & years truly went away in 2 applications- but he was cleaning up his diet as well eating raw breakfast & lunches, good fats and reducing the greatly breads & sugar.) Sugar is the great inflammatory.

Many rashes are fungal biased and funguses that grow on us are very deceptive, they have a protective layer so they are not easily penetrated. I've also read they even set up like all is well on the skin sending a signal to look else where for a problem. We often use a vinegar rinse on funguses. The scrub has a lot going for it to break down a funguses defenses and the oils in it are hard on funguses as well. Funny because it was developed to kill mold in grout which of course is a fungus.

So check out your tongue in the mirror and go from there. A trick I picked up from a Naturopath. :)
