Purify can be helpful if its caused from something internal emotional stuff. Ie: watched a scary movie and feeling anxious
TerraShield can be helpful if they are picking up on someone else's emotions around them. Ie: someone close is stressed about health or work...
Can try both together too.
That's the direction I generally try first.
