The correct dosage depends on what your body needs. I always suggest starting out slowly in order to give your body a good chance to accept these amazing supplements. I know some who just start taking them with no problems, others not so much. it is because they are so powerful and you don't want to overwhelm your body.
I take two of each bottle every morning and that is all I do, and its enough for me. Others take two of each in the morning and two of each in the afternoon. That is is the correct recommended dose. Again you need to do what works best for you.
You will love the supplements they truly are amazing.
