Dr Hill strongly suggests adding terrazyme to the diet to give the body what it needs so allergies are prevented. I also have a friend who swears by melaleuka. As soon as hay fever season hits, she puts 3 to 4 drops of melaleuka in a glass of water and drinks it 3 to 4 times the first day. Three x the 2nd day. Once the third and fourth day and her hay fever is GONE for the season!
