She should apply Balance to the back of her neck at least 1/2 prior to going to bed. This will allow her body to calm down and relax. I also used the Lavender, Serenity and Vetiver and that helped which allowed me to fall asleep, but not stay asleep. Then I attended a class in December and the Dr. who was presenting started talking about Clary Sage. He said that Clary Sage will allow your body to stay asleep. I had the bottle, so I placed 2 drops on both my feet and went to bed. Let me tell you, I actually had a hard time getting up in the morning and I didn't move the entire night. I tried it a few more days and my body adjusted which allowed me to wake up in the morning. It does work. A few warnings if you use Clary Sage....1. If you experienced a trauma you can have bad dreams and 2. If you drink, don't use Clary Sage because it will intensify the alcohol in your body. Otherwise it works great!

I have IPC who has been using lavender, and at times serenity, ylang ylang on heart , roman chamomile in tea to sleep but none is working. She is a high strung person and lot of stress in her life. She has AROMA LITE diffuser and uses at night. I have offered her veviter to use as well and apply with lavender or serenity but did not help. She uses lemon or wild orange in water during day. Any suggestions. PS she has intune roll on for during day when she uses.Thank you ahead of time.KathleenSeasons of life, what's your season?
