Thank you!  So does anyone think it will be helpful in keeping these flu bugs away if used daily along with the LLV, OnGuard and Franki or would that be overkill....

Black pepper seems to have the same effect placed in the same area and I did not find it to be hot at all

Perhaps for the kids you could mix one to one some FCO with a drop of black pepper and rub that into the roofs of there mouths

I have done it on my three granddaughters ages 3 to 7 other than a funny look they had no complaints

I usually let them follow that with a tiny bit of "warm" never hot honey with a drop of lemon in it on a spoon

So for kids, how would you use the black pepper?  I am guessing it would be a bit hot to put under the tounge...would I rub it on the bottom of the feet?  I have a 4, 8 and 11 year old....

Black pepper is supposed to be the "poor man's Melissa" according to Dr Hill. We've had great success with it killing nasty bugs when other oils wouldn't  kick it. I'd use it as a preventative too!
