So glad you are bringing this up. If we really want to help people we need to emphasize the importance of early and aggressive response during flu season. The earliest response would be to take action when you know you have been exposed to a virus. Aggressive action would include extra rest and copious amounts of water along with frequent applications of the oils that have the highest anti-viral activity. For example: my daughter completely exhausted herself just before Christmas (she has a full time job and 4 children under 8 yrs old) and on Christmas day she had fever and cough and was miserable. She went to the doctor the next day and he told her to tough it out bc it was a virus. I was exposed bc i cannot, not kiss her, i love her so much! Anyway, I notice the fever coming on and went straight to bed with my oils within reach. About every 30 minutes or so, I put Fraki and helichrysm, under my tongue, myrrh and onguard on my feet, lavender and peppermint on my throat and forehead and I put eucalyptus in my palms to take deep breaths. I woke up the next day completely free of symptoms. AND I continued this protocol even though i felt great. Today is day two after my day in bed and i still feel great. I am backing off the frequency of oil application and keeping activity low and drinking tons of water.

I became sick last Tuesday and have been taking flu bomb and cough medience with oils in them. It didn't help me, I ended up going to doctor todayn get shot. I wanted to show everyone that doTERRA helped but it didn't :( --
