For Kidney infection - 2 d per kidney - topical & massage in. Then drink water with lemon to help flush them. The rosemary stops the pain & infection. If back hurts over the kidney area it's worth trying a bit of rosemary on location to see if it's kidney relate especially if u get bladder infection or have been on major meds.
We also use it in epsom salts as a bath blend at the first sign on a cold, 2 d ea Rosemary, Oregino, & Marjoram or Basil depending on sx.
Use in a netti pot in the sea salt with Eucalyptus (4d & Frank 2d & 2d Rosemary) at the first sign of a sinus infection. - pritocol from these boards.
It's also yummy on chicken & in bread. :)
It's a great go to oil for infection and it was turning grey hair brown but my experimenter decided he did not care enough & quit but I've impressive pics. We also used is as part of a regrowth hair formula found on this board that a clients has had wonderful results with.
