Post Partum depression is very serious
Would she consider the LLV I really believe it would support her gaining
on hormonal balancing in addition she could start with some of the
solace
And add other things as she feels led
Feeding the body healthy wholesome things to help regulate and balance
Sleep is incredibly important if any one could help her by allowing a
period of time each day where she can rest
And getting out for a walk or some form of exercise which I would bet
she does not feel like doing most days, but it is incredibly healing and
produces naturally endorphins which will help her begin to feel much
better

My best friend just had her 3rd baby three months ago... She's been
having a Really hard time with things.
She has some pretty bad days and says it scares her because she gets
suicidal feelings and yells at her kids and breaks down crying. This
is NOT her... she's such a fun and happy person and I've never seen
her like this in all the years we've been friends. She's pretty sure
that it's her hormones. I've given her Balance and Elevation to help
her out... she says most days she's fine but when it hits, it seems
like these oils don't help as much as she needs. What other oils
should I suggest? She's breastfeeding and doesn't want to go to the
doctor for this for fear that they will suggest a prescription...
she's not one that wants to be dependant on a drug. I love this girl
so much and want to help her.
Any suggestions would be Awesome :)
