[Everything doTERRA] Re: Oils in the bath?

I sometimes add Deep Blue or Birch with Epsom salts to my bath for muscle soreness, and recently I've discovered that a hot bath works like a warm compress  to speed absorption of oils I apply topically to my back for sciatica pain. I apply the oils to the lower back, massage them in for a minute or two, and then hop in the hot bath and relax. Works wonders.

Hi,
Any thoughts on effectiveness of adding oils to your bath water rather than applying or ingesting?
