[Everything doTERRA] Re: Lemongrass question

what? who? how do I find this Dr. Lawton article and how would you apply lemongrass (I happen to adore the smell) I have fibromyalgia and sometimes have breakthrough pain that my normal pain killers aren't helping anymore... I use deep blue which I love but another pain reliever is most welcome>.. feet? site of pain? both?

thanks!

Lemongrass is a hot oil. Not all people find it hot, but you can develop a sensitivity to it, which is NOT fun. I think it is good practice to dilute with FCO or another carrier oil to prevent any sensitization issues. I have started using Lemongrass for headaches and I love it. Dr. Lawton says in her factsheet on Lemongrass that it blocks pain at the cerebral cortex just like an opiate drug, but of course it has no side effects and is not addictive.
