[Everything doTERRA] Re: I'm so sad and disappointed!!!

I have to second Pat. We have been using our lotus on a daily basis for over two years without any problems. Also, I have had generally great interactions with customer service. They have always been willing to send replacements when I have had problems with bottles and such. I would assume this issue will be resolved to your satisfaction, especially since Pat is lovely and will be going to bat for you!
Perhaps the Elevation, and Pat, will work after all : )
