I have had wonderful success with a drop of OnGuard in a nasal saline rinse.

If it's an infection we do something we call Mom's magic bullet:
4 drops Oregano
4 drops Rosemary (or Melaleuca)
2-4 drops Onguard
2 drops Franki
2 drops Myrrh (if REALLY bad...great expectorant)
Put in veggie cap and ingest as needed or every 4 hrs the first
day....Some pple don't tolerate Oregano very well so we have also
substituted either Basil or Thyme in it's place and had great success.
After day 1-2 use as symptoms return until completely gone, for most
we have found this usually takes 4-7 days.
My cousin did this and has HORRIBLE sinus issues usually on at least
2-3 rounds of antibiotics + steroids to get rid of it and this bullet
worked for him the first dose and within the first hour...he was
convinced of their power after this point.
My thoughts are she needs to be VERY aggressive if it's at the point
of needing IV antibiotics...so applying the same oils (diluted b/c
HOT) to her sinuses and/or her feet would only facilitate healing
faster in my opinion;)
Blessings!
