[Everything doTERRA] Re: Anxiety

Here is a thought on skeptisism. I was introduced to essential oils a
few years ago after years in the scientific field. (Engineer and
manger with HP). I too was quite skeptical (snake oil came to mind)
but I am now a strong convert. I have seen and experienced some
pretty remarkable stuff. The easiest is the antibiotic, antiviral and
antifungal properties. Makes sense, plants protect themselves from
the same toxins we encounter and their defenses would work for us.
The limbic system, brain, CNS is not so easy to see the connection.
One thought that has helped me is that we take a great variety of
foods into our gastrointestinal system and somehow our body systems
miraculously filter through all that and send the right nutrients to
the right parts of the body to allow everything from our brain to our
little toe to function properly on some peas and chicken. Pretty
miraculous. So maybe inhaling into our olfactory system some highly
volatile and powerful ethers can be used by the body, sorted out, and
produce effective results. I have seen it happen. Good luck and God
