Thanks, this is exactly what I was wondering.  My husband and I are military and we actually usually get back a good chunk at tax time. I just started really sharing doTerra and trying to actively build up a downline and so far haven't gotten any checks or $ back at all.  Could be the mail though, we're in Guam and recently had a whole post office closed down and a new one re-opened.  It's a mess, but I do hope to get some commissions or something soon so my hubby doesn't think doTerra is sucking away all our money yikes!!  Does anyone know who we contact at doTerra to get the 1099 forms?

I don't know if doTerra issues 1099s for small amounts. If they issue a 1099 you have to report it. If they do not then it is up to your personal code of ethics.
We handle it by having the maximum taken out of my husband's checks (i.e., Single - 0) and so far that works for us. Do you usually get a refund or pay? That is a clue as to whether that would work for you. Once you start making a decent chunk of change you really should make quarterly deposits. Good questions to ask the person who prepares your taxes.
