Ok, I guess I have another question . . . interesting that you recommend more PB. I'm esp wondering about my 24 yr old daughter. I started her on the GX (in fact, I decided to do it w/her so I could she my own reactions to the cleanse.) because it's been suggested that her adrenals are "shot". I'd been using some EOs then finally got her to start the LLV (she's finally taking them fairly religiously in the am but it's still a struggle to get her to remember the pm dose) & just thought that maybe the cleanse would be good for her because she's struggled w/anxieties for years + lots of stress for years. She is seeing some improvement w/the oils but I'm hoping for even more after this. After I'd started her on the GX--her having about 4 days of cramping, swearing that she wasn't ever going to take anymore of "MY" pills, etc :0) ), ---- I'd been wishing that I'd followed suggestions of others--STARTING w/5 days of PB THEN the 10 days GX & then PB again. But she was a trooper, kept her diet fairly clean (cleaner than I thought she would!), I just laid low, only gave her 1 GX pill/day for the 10 days . . . . and we made it through. She has NO idea that I want to do this w/her another couple of times! One step at a time. I know she needs to get up to the 3 GX/day. I don't even know how much good that round of GX did, but I'm glad we're this far. So I'm glad you mentioned this about the PB. I will continue her on those for at least 10 days. I just started her w/1 PB pill today but probably by Wed I'll have her taking the full 3/day. I run a little "scared" w/her--don't want any "funny" business or she'll quit all together. I figure SOMETHING is better than nothing. Thank you so much for your input.

I don't know if it is necessary. I drink lemon in my water all the time just to detox. I think its more for folks that can't handle the GX. I do recommend more than 5 days of the PB, I take it until the bottle runs out but I like to see it for 10 days minimum. It can't hurt and there aren't any side effects. The stronger of a reaction to GX the more PB I'd like to see.

Someone who has the Ph Kit and can't afford or isn't ready to try GX/PB Assist. Someone who has reacted to GX Assist so much they aren't able to take it. Someone who reacts to the smell of the oils either with headache or something like that.
