Re: [Everything doTERRA] Fwd: Bipolar

Charly - I'm just wondering if you think the Canadian supplements that Sharon posted about in another thread would make any difference or be beneficial in any way. I understand what you are saying is that someone who is true bipolar needs meds - so basically it is not related to any food allergies/issues like Sharon was saying?

I just have so many people that need this info and I'm just trying to understand it better. I work with a girl whose husband is now being diagnost bipolar, for years he was diagnost with just depression. Now he is not able to work, it's getting worse and they did shock treatments to reset the brain which did nothing, he's on lots of meds (don't know which ones) - I have lots of family with ADD issues from severe which appear to be like Bipolar to mild learning disabilities. I have several mothers at the church I go to asking me about autism and other issues similar to ADD - we have LOTS of children that have issues (not just the normal ones LOL) and I teach sunday school and I have been wondering what the heck is going on - why are so many more children having serious problems and what kind of information can I give them. Money is always an issue and most could not afford the LLV pack so I'm collecting as much info as possible so I can pass it on.

First, if your child truly is bipolar, you must have a good psychiatrist and a good diagnosis.  Your child needs supervision and this is one case where traditional meds are essential. Bipolar is quite rare and for children with the disease, the suicide rate in their teens is 25-30% depending on the study done.

Our mornings were a nightmare till we did that. We use one of those light timers from Home Depot to automatically turn it on. Vetiver, citrus bliss, balance three times a day on the bottoms of his feet. Serenity and balance on his terra cotta diffuser necklace during the day. Diffuse citrus bliss, serenity and balance as needed. Peaceful child in a roller ball for him to use when he feels need.
