It doesn't seem to matter how you apply it. It will get in and do what it needs to do even in other parts of the body.  Neat should be fine, either on the spots or under feet.

Yes to the GX and PB. For sure! I'd also add Zendocrine capsules and oil and drink lemon oil.  Acne is generally a liver issue. Solace or Whisper could be good too for hormone balance.  I'd be getting her onto the skincare line too.  Purify is excellent.  It will draw out impurities though so she needs to expect a slight worsening first but that is a good thing since the pores will cleanse themselves and clear out deep rooted pimples.  Melaleuca? Maybe.  It is very drying.  I would prefer Purify which has a little Melaleuca in it.
