[Everything doTERRA] Re: On Guard

In the Modern Essentials book I have, it specifically states that
Eucalyptus should not be taken internally, I guess that is where I get
my confusion from: the books says one thing and the users say
something else. There are a few other oils listed in the book that
are not to be taken internally either, so I want to make sure what is
alright to take internally and what to avoid.
