[Everything doTERRA] Re: Heartbreak? Update

Heart pain is less. Now it's moved more in the stomach area.  Used Balance on neck and feet and inhaled (no diffuser), alternated Elevation on heart (and inhaled) with the Lavender, Frank, Lemon.  Any other ideas for my friend to use for the stomach (punched in gut kind of feeling along with sense of hopelessness) are welcome.  Thank you.  I know it is temporary but it's pretty rough right now. Tapping seems have helped a bit but she is not really into doing that regularly and I'm busy all day tomorrow and can't be around to help.

Is it okay to use Solace as perfume or is it too medicinal?  I don't have any hormone issues but I LOVE the scent. Oh my, this stuff smells amazing!  Strange since I am not keen on any of the individual oils/scents except for the rose.
