[Everything doTERRA] 4 yr old. wierd symptoms and refusing treatment

i'm doing the best i can to get her to eat or swallow or let me put anything on her... but so far no luck. i'm hoping her symptoms will ring some bells its baffling me.

sore throat, headache, fever, stomach ache, shoulder hurts, and this weird red spot on her shoulder and hip on the left side, OH and horrid breath!
